Aetheron Labs is a robotics, mechatronics, and autonomous hardware engineering lab based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. 02What we collect

Information you transmit to us: When you use our inquiry terminal or send an inquiry via email or Gmail, we receive the details you choose to provide:

• Your full name and work/personal email address;
• Your selected engagement channel (Partnership, Investment, Program Brief, or Careers);
• The program selected for technical scoping (e.g. Novexa, S.L.A.B., Raven, VIER, or T.H.O.M.A.S.);
• Your project brief, technical constraints, or problem statement.

Technical metadata: When visiting the site, our hosting infrastructure automatically processes standard HTTP request parameters (including IP address, requested URL, user-agent string, and timestamp). This information is processed exclusively to deliver pages securely, enforce automated rate limiting, and protect our infrastructure against cyber attacks.

Zero trackers & zero cookies: We do not set tracking cookies, we do not run behavioral analytics or advertising pixels, and we do not load third-party scripts, web fonts, or telemetry trackers. All visual assets and styling are served strictly first-party.

03How we use your information

We use information you provide strictly for genuine engineering and business purposes:

• To review, evaluate, and reply to technical briefs, research collaborations, and commercial inquiries;
• To prepare preliminary architecture roadmaps, scoping calls, and mutual non-disclosure agreements (NDAs);
• To evaluate career and internship candidacies;
• To protect the security and operational resilience of our web endpoints.

We never sell, rent, trade, or monetize your contact information. We do not send marketing newsletters or spam.

04Storage and security

Inquiries submitted through the site are transmitted via secure HTTPS encryption and logged on private serverless infrastructure. Inquiries are routed to our team at contact@aetheronlabs.in. Access is strictly restricted to authorized team members and trusted infrastructure providers (such as Vercel and Google Workspace). We implement strict Content Security Policies (CSP), frame-busting protections, and rate-limiting safeguards.

05Data retention

We retain submitted inquiries only as long as necessary to fulfill the communication, conduct ongoing scoping discussions, or maintain engineering records for mutual collaboration. If you wish to have your details deleted immediately, email us and we will purge the record.

06Your rights & statutory protections

You have the right to request access to any personal information we hold about you, request corrections, or request complete deletion. We uphold the principles of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) as well as internationally recognized data protection principles (including GDPR transparency for international research partners). 07Third-party links

Our website may provide outbound links to published academic research papers, CAD repositories, Google Workspace / Gmail compose deep links, and professional profiles. Once you navigate to an external domain, their respective terms and privacy policies govern your interaction.

08Underage visitors

Our site presents technical robotics R&D and is intended for professionals, researchers, students, and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has submitted details, contact us for prompt removal.

09Modifications

We may update this policy periodically to reflect operational, legal, or technical changes. Any revisions are published directly on this page with the updated revision date.
